Making images and telling stories have been passions of mine since childhood. I have a BA in Visual Media Arts from Emerson College where I majored in film production (emphasis on cinematography) with a minor in photography. After graduation I spent more than 10 years working in the camera department on TV, commercials, and films in California and New York City. That time was invaluable to me as I learned the ins and outs of image making every day on the job and was lucky enough to be a part of the technical team behind some incredible filmmakers. Cinematic storytelling continues to be a strong influence in how I approach my still photo work. I live with my partner Nathan and my daughters Isla and Phoebe in southern Rhode Island.
